PER CURIAM: Chastis Nixon seeks to appeal the district court’s orders granting his motion to amend his complaint and dismissing without prejudice his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012) action for failure to comply with the court’s order to file an amended complaint. reviewed the record and find no reversible error. We have Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Nixon v. Doe, No. 3:15-cv-00370-FDW (W.D.N.C. Feb. 12, 2016; May 5, 2016).
