Commissioner’s appeals magistrate the Treece judge’s suspension of the district court’s recommendation Treece’s to old-age order affirm the insurance benefits. Our review of the Commissioner’s determination is limited evaluating to whether the findings are supported by substantial evidence and whether the correct law was applied. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (2012); Johnson v. Barnhart, 434 F.3d 650, 653 (4th Cir. 2005). We have reviewed the parties’ briefs and the record and discern no reversible error. district court’s judgment.
