PER CURIAM: Abu Ala MD Badruddoza appeals from the tax court’s order dismissing his petition in which he seeks to challenge his 2011 federal income tax liability. find no reversible error. We have reviewed the record and Accordingly, although we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm for the reasons stated by the tax court. Badruddoza v. Comm’r, Tax Ct. No. 1922-15 (U.S. Tax Ct. June 17, 2015). We deny Badruddoza’s motion for a transcript at government expense and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
