We have Accordingly, we affirm substantially for the reasons stated by the district court. Roulhac v. Dec. 23, 2011 & Janek, Feb. 16, No. 2012 3:10-cv-00408-HEH & Oct. 9, 2012). (E.D. Va. We deny Roulhac s motion to compel Defendants to provide dental care. We dispense contentions with are oral argument adequately because presented in the facts and the materials legal before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 3
