PER CURIAM: Nestor Vladamir Sandoval Roca pled guilty, pursuant to a written plea agreement, to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute at least 280 grams of cocaine base and at least five kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (2006); two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (2006); and unauthorized re-entry of a deported alien after conviction of an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a), (b)(2) (2006).
