R. Bankr. P. 8009, and (2) denying his motion for reconsideration. reviewed the record and find no reversible error. We have Accordingly, Riffin we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. v. Baltimore County, MD, No. 1:12-cv-00897-ELH (D. Md. July 26, 2012; Nov. 2, 2012). We deny Riffin s motion for sanctions and dispense argument with contentions are oral adequately because presented in the the facts and legal materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
