PER CURIAM: Valentin Alexandrovich Khoroshkov, a native and citizen of Kazakhstan, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ( Board ) dismissing his appeal from the immigration judge s decision denying his requests for asylum and withholding of removal.
