PER CURIAM: Llewellen Fernando Smith appeals the district court s order denying relief on his 18 U.S.C. ยง 3582(c) (2006) motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district United States v. Smith, No. 3:96-cr-00066-REP-20 (E.D. court. Va. May 6, 2009). We deny Smith s motion for appointment of counsel and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal before contentions the court are adequately and argument presented would not in aid the the materials decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
