With regard to Oliver s claim of denial of access to the courts, we find that Oliver has failed to demonstrate that he suffered an actual injury because of the Defendants actions; thus, his claim is not actionable. See Lewis v. Casey, 518 U.S. 343, 351-52 (1996). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
