Pridgen appeals the district court s order dismissing his employment discrimination action. reviewed the record and find no reversible error. We have Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Pridgen v. Dep t of Pub. Works, No. 1:08-cv-02826-WDO (D. Md. Dec. 1, 2009). We deny Pridgen s motion for appointment of counsel as moot and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
