Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 91 F.3d 129 (4th Cir. 1996) Submitted: June 20, 1996Decided: July 1, 1996

Donald R. Dehaney, Jr., Appellant Pro Se. John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Kimberly Smith Ward, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MARYLAND, Baltimore, Maryland; Philip Melton Andrews, Karl Joseph Nelson, KRAMON & GRAHAM, P.A., Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellees.

Before HALL, WILKINS, and HAMILTON, Circuit Judges.

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Dehaney v. Willis, No. CA-95-2629-DKC (D. Md. Feb. 5, 1996). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
