- 87 F.3d 1324 (9th Cir. 1996)
Submitted June 11, 1996. *Decided June 14, 1996
Before: CANBY, JOHN T. NOONAN, JR. and LEAVY, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM**
James Paschall appeals his conviction and sentence imposed following his guilty plea to armed bank robbery and use of a firearm during a crime of violence. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
