Annotate this CaseBefore: PREGERSON, CANBY, and HAWKINS, Circuit Judges.
MEMORANDUM**
Jessie Ignacio Sandoval appeals his conviction by guilty plea and his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines for two counts of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The Federal Public Defender has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Because our independent review of the record discloses no meritorious issues for review, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is
AFFIRMED.
