Patricia Rae Fruetel, Petitioner-appellant, v. Us Bureau of Prisons, Respondent-appellee, 72 F.3d 126 (4th Cir. 1995)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. John A. MacKenzie, Senior District Judge. (CA-95-753-2)
Patricia Rae Fruetel, Appellant Pro Se.
Before MICHAEL and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on her 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Fruetel v. United States Bureau of Prisons, No. CA-95-753-2 (E.D. Va. Aug. 4, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
