Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 67 F.3d 297 (4th Cir. 1995) Sept. 12, 1995

Michael Trotman, appellant pro se.

Mary Elizabeth Shea, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Richmond, VA, for appellee.

Before WIDENER, HALL, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant seeks to appeal the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny leave to appeal in forma pauperis, deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Trotman v. Angelone, No. CA94-287-2 (E.D. Va. Jan. 20, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
