Graves, Petitioner--appellant, v. United States Parole Commission, Respondent--appellee, 67 F.3d 294 (4th Cir. 1995)
Annotate this CaseAppeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Leonie M. Brinkema, District Judge. (CA-95-258-AM)
John A. Graves, Appellant Pro Se. Lawrence Joseph Leiser, Assistant United States Attorney, Alexandria, Virginia, for Appellee.
E.D. Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before MURNAGHAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (1988) petition. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Graves v. United States Parole Commission, No. CA-95-258-AM (E.D. Va. Apr. 24, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
