Danny Ray Shafer; Claude Delmus Shafer, Defendants-appellants, 61 F.3d 901 (4th Cir. 1995)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 61 F.3d 901 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted: June 22, 1995. Decided: July 26, 1995

Danny Ray Shafer, Claude Delmus Shafer, Appellants Pro Se. Stephen Urban Baer, Charlottesville, VA, for Appellee.

Before HALL, MURNAGHAN, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellants appeal from the district court's orders denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988), and denying his motion to reconsider denial of relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). We have reviewed the district court's orders and opinions, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Shafer, Nos. CA-94-755-R; CR-92-70112 (W.D. Va. Nov. 29, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
