Cornelius Tucker, Jr., Plaintiff-appellant, v. Dr. Davenport; Superintendent Shields; Lynn Phillips,defendants-appellees, 59 F.3d 167 (4th Cir. 1995)Annotate this Case
Cornelius Tucker, Jr., Appellant Pro Se. Sylvia Hargett Thibaut, Assistant Attorney General, Raleigh, NC, for Appellees.
Before NIEMEYER and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the magistrate judge's recommendation, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Tucker v. Davenport, No. CA-93-456-CRT-F (E.D.N.C. Jan. 17, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
