MEMORANDUM** 

Willie L. Baker, Jr., a California state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's dismissal with prejudice of his amended 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to comply with the pleading requirements set forth in Fed. R. Civ. P. 8 and for failure to state a claim. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order filed July 28, 1994.
