MEMORANDUM** 

Christina Doucette appeals the district court's dismissal, without prejudice, of her complaint brought under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., for failure to serve the complaint within 120 days of filing. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order entered May 12, 1994.
