Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 54 F.3d 773 (4th Cir. 1995) Submitted Jan. 31, 1995. Decided May 17, 1995

Warren L. Holderman, Appellant Pro Se. LaVee Hamer, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NORTH CAROLINA, Raleigh, NC, for Appellees.

Before NIEMEYER and HAMILTON, Circuit Judges, and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Holderman v. McCullers, No. CA-93-95 (E.D.N.C. Oct. 5, 1993; June 13, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
