United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. William Edward Bickford, Defendant-appellant, 51 F.3d 268 (4th Cir. 1995)Annotate this Case
Gerald Chester Ruter, Baltimore, MD, for Appellant. Stephen Aubrey West, Assistant United States Attorney, Raleigh, NC, for Appellee.
Before RUSSELL and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's orders that dismissed his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 motion and denied motions for reconsideration of those orders. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Bickford, Nos. CR-88-65; CA-94-207 (E.D.N.C. June 10, Aug. 23, and Sept. 12, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
