Bufford Carroll Mullins, Plaintiff--appellant, v. Eddie Barnes; Peggy Stout, Bristol City Jail Kitchensupervisor; Michael Salyer, Bristol City Jailmedical Supervisor, Defendants--appellees, 50 F.3d 7 (4th Cir. 1995)Annotate this Case
Submitted Feb. 16, 1995. Decided March 21, 1995
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. James C. Turk, District Judge. (CA-92-831-R)
Bufford Carroll Mullins, appellant pro se.
Robert Vincent Ward, Michael Alan Bishop, Bristol, VA, for appellees.
Before HAMILTON and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Mullins v. Barnes, No. CA-92-831-R (W.D. Va. Dec. 3, 1993; Oct. 11, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
