US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 1 F.3d 1233 (4th Cir. 1993) Submitted: June 18, 1993. Decided: July 30, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. Robert R. Merhige, Jr., Senior District Judge. (CA-92-774-R)

Wayne E. Joyner, Appellant Pro Se.

E.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL, PHILLIPS, and HAMILTON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

OPINION

Wayne E. Joyner appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit.*  Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Joyner v. Dunning, No. CA-92-774-R (E.D. Va. Dec. 2, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED

 *

We deny Joyner's motion for oral argument
