US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 979 F.2d 848 (4th Cir. 1992) Submitted: October 26, 1992Decided: November 25, 1992

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. Robert R. Merhige, Jr., Senior District Judge.

James Pouncy, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.

Mark Ralph Davis, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, for Appellees.

E.D. Va.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, and RUSSELL and WIDENER, Circuit Judges.

James Pouncy, Jr., appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for post-judgment relief filed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Pouncy v. Murray, CA-90-574 (E.D. Va. Feb. 24, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
