United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. Ruben David Cadogen, A/k/a Panama, Defendant-appellant, 958 F.2d 369 (4th Cir. 1992)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. J. Calvitt Clarke, Jr., Senior District Judge. (CR-89-8-N, CA-91-575-N)
Ruben David Cadogen, appellant pro se.
Raymond Alvin Jackson, Office of the United States Attorney, Norfolk, Va., for appellee.
Before SPROUSE and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
Ruben David Cadogen appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Cadogen, Nos. CR-89-8-N, CA-91-575-N (E.D. Va. Oct. 4, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
