Richard Dale Sites, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Harford County Jail Officials; Sheriff of Harford County;harford County Commissioners, Defendants-appellees, 952 F.2d 396 (4th Cir. 1991)Annotate this Case
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. (CV-90-2168-JFM), J. Frederick Motz, District Judge.
Richard Dale Sites, appellant pro se.
John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Baltimore, Md., for appellees.
Before DONALD RUSSELL, MURNAGHAN and HAMILTON, Circuit Judges.
Richard Dale Sites appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Sites v. Harford County Jail Officials, No. CV-90-2168-JFM (D. Md. May 6, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
