Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 948 F.2d 1282 (4th Cir. 1991) Submitted Oct. 28, 1991. Nov. 19, 1991

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. James C. Fox, Chief District Judge. (CA-91-428-CRT-7-F)

Arnold L. Paige, appellant pro se.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, SPROUSE, Circuit Judge, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

Arnold L. Paige appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.*  Paige v. Hamilton, No. CA-91-428-CRT-7-F (E.D.N.C. July 16, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

In view of our disposition of this appeal, we deny Paige's motion for an extension of time to seek counsel
