Pursuant to our decision in Force v. OWCP, No 89-70520, filed concurrent herewith, the Board's order is affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded to the ALJ for further fact-finding regarding the apportionment of the third-party settlement between Mr. and Mrs. Barnes.
