ORDER
Appellee's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is hereby GRANTED. An order establishing the amount of fees to be awarded under the Criminal Justice Act is an administrative decision by the district court not appealable as a final order under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. See In re Baker, 693 F.2d 925 (9th Cir. 1982).
Appellant's motion to augment the excerpts of record is therefore DISMISSED as moot.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
