UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,v.William Orville HARRISON, Defendant-Appellant.
Nos. 90-50308 to 90-50310.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted June 4, 1991.* Decided June 6, 1991.
Before D.W. NELSON, O'SCANNLAIN and TROTT, Circuit Judges.
Appellee's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is hereby GRANTED. An order establishing the amount of fees to be awarded under the Criminal Justice Act is an administrative decision by the district court not appealable as a final order under 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
