US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 934 F.2d 320 (4th Cir. 1991) Submitted May 6, 1991. Decided May 28, 1991

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Charleston. John T. Copenhaver, Jr., District Judge. (CA-89-535-2)

John A. Rollins, Timbera C. Wilcox, Lewis, Ciccarello & Friedberg, Charleston, W.Va., for appellant.

William F. Dobbs, Jr., Angela M. Fenton, Jackson & Kelly, Charleston, W.Va., for appellees.

S.D.W. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before K.K. HALL, PHILILPS and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Sandy Distributors, Inc. appeals from the district court's order vacating the bankruptcy court's show cause order and dismissing the motion for contempt. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Sandy Distributors, Inc. v. Remington Arms Co., CA-89-535-2 (S.D.W. Va. June 29, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
