Jimmy Eoae Hamrick, Petitioner-appellant, v. Raymond M. Muncy, Attorney General of Virginia, Respondents-appellees, 930 F.2d 23 (4th Cir. 1991)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 930 F.2d 23 (4th Cir. 1991) Submitted Nov. 16, 1990. Decided April 11, 1991

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. James R. Spencer, District Judge. (CA-89-747-R)

Jimmy Eoae Hamrick, appellant pro se.

Robert B. Condon, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, Va., for appellees.

E.D. Va.

DISMISSED.

Before PHILLIPS, CHAPMAN and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Jimmy Eoae Hamrick seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Hamrick v. Muncy, CA-89-747-R (E.D. Va. Aug. 17, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

DISMISSED.
