Argued and Submitted Dec. 13, 1990.Decided Jan. 10, 1991.

Before GOODWIN, Chief Judge, and ALDISERT*  and FERGUSON, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM**

Appellants appeal the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel's (BAP) determination of the value of their security interest. They contend that the BAP erred in finding that the proper valuation of their interest was the sale price of the lithographs received at the auction. We affirm the decision of the BAP for the reasons set forth in its memorandum disposition filed May 1, 1989.
