Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 922 F.2d 836 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted Dec. 3, 1990. Decided Dec. 19, 1990

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Terrence W. Boyle, District Judge. (CA-90-510-CRT-BO)

James Lester Roundabush, Jr., appellant pro se.

E.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before K.K. HALL, MURNAGHAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

James Lester Roundabush, Jr., appeals from the district court's order which dismissed his civil rights action as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Roundabush v. Leonard, CA-90-510-CRT-BO (E.D.N.C. Sept. 19, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
