MEMORANDUM*
William Schumer appeals the district court's summary judgment dismissal of his pendant state law claims for breach of contract and bad faith against Hughes Aircraft Company. We review the district court's grant of summary judgment de novo and affirm for the reasons stated by the district court in its order granting summary judgment.
AFFIRMED.
