US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 916 F.2d 710 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted Oct. 1, 1990. Decided Oct. 23, 1990

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Harrisonburg. B. Waugh Crigler, United States Magistrate. (CA-88-149)

Jaime Traverso, Sr., appellant pro se.

Mark Ralph Davis, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Richmond, Va., for appellees.

W.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before DONALD RUSSELL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Jaime Traverso, Sr. appeals from the magistrate's*  order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the magistrate's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the magistrate. Traverso v. Israel, CA-88-149 (W.D. Va. May 30, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.

 *

The parties consented to the jurisdiction of the magistrate under 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)
