ORDER

The mandate issued on August 7, 1990, in the above matter is hereby recalled. The memorandum disposition filed on April 27, 1990, is amended (1) on page 2, line 1, by deleting "in part and reverse and remand in part" and (2) on pages 4-5 by deleting all of part IV and substituting the following:

The district court ordered Valencia-Farias to pay a special assessment fee of $50 pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3013. The imposition of a special assessment was proper. See United States v. Munoz-Flores, 110 S. Ct. 1964 (1990) (reversing the decision in United States v. Munoz-Flores, 863 F.2d 654 (9th Cir. 1988)). A new mandate shall issue forthwith.

AFFIRMED.
