Annotate this CaseAppeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Franklin T. Dupree, Jr., Senior District Judge. (C/A No. 89-45-HC-D)
Larry Lane, appellant pro se.
Clarence Joe DelForge, III, Office of the Attorney General, for appellees.
E.D.N.C.
DISMISSED.
Before K.K. HALL, PHILLIPS and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Larry Lane seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Lane v. Allsbrook, C/A No. 89-45-HC-D (E.D.N.C. Sept. 6, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
DISMISSED.
