Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 900 F.2d 251 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted: March 5, 1990. Decided: March 21, 1990. Rehearing and Rehearing In Banc Denied April 13, 1990

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Danville. Jackson L. Kiser, District Judge. (C/A No. 89-46-D)

Dwight A. Dixon, appellant pro se.

Guy Winston Horsley, Jr., Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, Virginia, for appellees.

W.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, and PHILLIPS and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Dwight A. Dixon appeals from the district court's order dismissing his claims that a Virginia state court's orders in his divorce action interfered with his bankruptcy proceedings in Tennessee. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Dixon v. Snoddy, C/A No. 89-46-D (W.D. Va. June 13, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
