Fornell Cox, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Phil Ciesla, Defendant-appellee, 894 F.2d 401 (4th Cir. 1990)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 894 F.2d 401 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted: Nov. 17, 1989. Decided: Jan. 10, 1990

Fornell Cox, appellant pro se.

Before PHILLIPS, MURNAGHAN and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Fornell Cox appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Cox v. Ciesla, C/A No. 89-516-CRT-H (E.D.N.C. Aug. 28, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
