Unpublished Dispositionleroy Robinson, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Defendant-appellee, 884 F.2d 580 (6th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit - 884 F.2d 580 (6th Cir. 1989) Aug. 24, 1989

Before KEITH and ALAN E. NORRIS, Circuit Judges, and BAILEY BROWN, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff, Leroy Robinson, appeals from an order of the district court which affirmed the denial of disability benefits.

Having carefully considered the record on appeal and the briefs of the parties, we are unable to say that the decision of the Appeals Council is not supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the district court did not err in affirming the action of the Appeals Council, and the judgment of the district court is therefore AFFIRMED upon the reasoning set forth in the report and recommendation of the magistrate dated January 21, 1987.
