ORDER

The court has received the joint motion to reverse and remand, which was filed on June 9, 1989 by appellants Walters and Holloway and appellee Webre. We construe this motion as a joint motion for summary reversal, and so construed, the motion is DENIED.

However, in view of the parties' apparent settlement of their disputes in these matters, we VACATE the judgments of the bankruptcy appellate panel and REMAND the cases to the bankruptcy appellate panel with instructions to remand the cases to the bankruptcy court for further proceedings in connection with the parties' settlement.

A copy of this order shall be served on all parties to these appeals, including Harry W. Heid, Trustee. Any motion for reconsideration of this order must be filed within ten days of the date on which this order is filed.

Each party shall bear its own costs.
