Cary Mckenzie Brigman, Plaintiff-appellant, v. R.m. Jarvis, Captain Crook, Captain Wiggins, Defendants-appellees, 878 F.2d 378 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 878 F.2d 378 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted April 20, 1989. Decided June 22, 1989

Cary McKenzie Brigman, appellant pro se.

Before MURNAGHAN, K.K. HALL, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Cary Brigman appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Brigman v. Jarvis, C/A No. 88-915-S (M.D.N.C. Dec. 19, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the material before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
