Malcolm L. Crews, Plaintiff-appellant, v. B.c. Plageman, J.h. Irby, Defendants-appellees, 877 F.2d 59 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 877 F.2d 59 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted April 10, 1989. Decided June 8, 1989

Malcolm L. Crews, appellant pro se.

Richard Francis Gorman, III, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Edward Meade Macon, Mcguire, Woods, Battle & Boothe, for appellees.

Before HARRISON L. WINTER and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Malcolm L. Crews appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Crews v. Plageman, C/A No. 88-0054-D (W.D. Va. Feb. 17, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the material before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
