Dock H. Dillman, Jr., Plaintiff-appellant, v. Bill Dury, Defendant-appellee, 877 F.2d 59 (4th Cir. 1989)Annotate this Case
Dock H. Dillman, Jr., appellant pro se.
Jeanette Dian Rogers, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, for appellee.
Before DONALD RUSSELL and K.K. HALL, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Dock H. Dillman, Jr., appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Dillman v. Dury, CA-88-237-N (E.D. Va. March 17, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
