MEMORANDUM** 

For the reasons stated in the magistrate's findings and recommendation of December 29, 1987, which were adopted in full by the district court on June 13, 1988, we affirm the decision of the Secretary denying widow's benefits and social security disability benefits to the appellant.

We adopt the magistrate's findings and recommendation in full, finding it dispositive of all issues on appeal.

AFFIRMED.
