Patrick E. Woods, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Marvin N. Robbins; Mr. Filbert, and Staff, Defendants-appellees, 875 F.2d 317 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 875 F.2d 317 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted: April 26, 1989. Decided: May 19, 1989

Patrick E. Woods, appellant pro se.

Before DONALD RUSSELL, SPROUSE and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Patrick E. Woods appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Woods v. Robbins, C/A No. 88-3659-B (D. Md. Dec. 27, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the material before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
