Darnell H. Valentine, Plaintiff-appellant, v. James A. Gondles, Jr., Deputy Barrett, Sgt. Williams,defendants-appellees, 872 F.2d 420 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 872 F.2d 420 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted Dec. 30, 1988. Decided March 17, 1989

Darnell H. Valentine, appellant pro se.

Before WIDENER, HALL, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Darnell H. Valentine appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Valentine v. Gondles, C/A No. 88-1354-AM (E.D. Va. Oct. 25, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
