Herman W. Hardy, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Ray E. Rosenberry, Major, Todd Sunderland, Officer, John N.brown, Warden, Defendants-appellees, 872 F.2d 417 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 872 F.2d 417 (4th Cir. 1989) Submitted Feb. 16, 1989. Decided March 24, 1989

Herman W. Hardy, appellant pro se.

John J. Curran, Jr., Maureen Mullen Dove, Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, for appellees.

Before WIDENER, PHILLIPS, and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Herman W. Hardy appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Hardy v. Rosenberry, C/A No. 87-3473-B (D. Md. Nov. 11, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
