Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 867 F.2d 609 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted: Dec. 16, 1988. Decided: Jan. 20, 1989

Terry E. Thomas, appellant pro se.

David M. Parker (North Carolina Department of Justice), for appellees.

Before MURNAGHAN, ERVIN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Terry Eugene Thomas appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Thomas v. Lawrick, C/A No. 88-17-S (M.D.N.C. Sept. 27, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
